2 cups whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla
8 oz cream cheese, room temp
8 oz mascarpone cheese, room temp
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat whipping cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese and mascarpone & powdered sugar until smooth.
Gently fold the cheese mixture into the whipped cream until fully combined.
You may want to add this topping to a double layer cake.
Pour some in the middle then top off cake with the rest.
