6-8 apples, sliced
⅓-½ c. sugar mixed with...
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ lb. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Place apple slices into a 9" deep dish pie tin or 8" square pan. In a large bowl, sprinkle apples with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and flour. Mix well and pour over the apples. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar over the top. Bake for 60-75 minutes. Good hot or cold.

This recipe comes from our favorite See Canyon apple farm, Gopher Glen, in San Luis Obispo, CA. Very easy and yummy. A fall favorite of ours.
