Layer 1:
1 cup sugar
½ cup melted margarine
4 eggs
1 (24 oz) chocolate syrup
2 cups flour
Pinch of salt

Layer 2:
½ cup margarine, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. peppermint extract
4 drops green food coloring
2 tbsp. milk

Layer 3:
½ cup margarine
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Layer 1:
- Cream together sugar and margarine. Add eggs and chocolate syrup. Add flour and salt; mix well. Put in greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Layer 2:
Mix all ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread over 1st (cooled) later. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Layer 3:
Melt margarine and chocolate chips together and drizzle over 2nd layer. Refrigerate about 30 minutes. NOTE: You can actually spread top layer out to evenly distribute the chocolate),
