pkg baby spinach
3 lbs Chicken breasts Diced and cooked
1 1/2 lbs Mushrooms SLiced (Portabello works best)
3 Garlic Cloves Minched
1 1/2 pints Grape Tomatoes sliced
12 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
3 oz Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 Onions Chopped
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red pepper
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
-In a small bowl mix black pepper, itatlian seasoning and red pepper flakes, set aside.
-In a large pan,Add oil to pot and heat on medium heat. add onion and garlic and cook till onions are soft.
-Add mushrooms until mushrroms shring in size. add spinach to pot by handfuls until spinach is welted.
-Add tomatoes and spice mix. pour in cream and chicken. cover and let simmer for 8-10 minutes.
-Remove from heat and add in cheese and stir till melted.
-Serve with rolls or bread slices.

If you don't want any spice just get rid of pepper flakes.
