1 1/2 c cut up ham or sausage cooked
2 T garlic minced and parsley
1 T dry mustard
1 lb pasta
14 c flour
1/4 c butter
4 c cheese you can mix them
1 c pepper jack cheese
4 c milk

Directions:
Cook the pasta til almost done put it aside keeping 1 c of the water, put the protein in the pot and cook it. When it's browned remove it then add the butter and flour stirring until it starts to get brown the add your broth and milk bring to a light simmer add the cheese start stirring until that cheese is all combined and melted mix in the pasta and grease a baking dish pour the cheese into that pan top with more cheese and parsley bake til golden brown at 325%
