1/2 cup Yeast
2 quarts warm Water
3/4 cup Honey
1/3 cup Salt
1 cup Soft Shortening
2 cups powdered Milk
7 3/4 lbs Flour

Directions:
Directions:
-Sprinkle Yeast over 1 cup warm water and let sit 5-10 minutes. pour remaining water into large pan or bowl. Add honey, salt, and shortening . mix well. sift powdered milk and 1/2 of flour, add half of the liquid mix and mix well. add remaining flour and knead dough into firm ball. let rise for 40 minutes. punch dough down and rise for additional 20 minutes. shape into 8 or 9 loaves. let rise for 30 minutes. bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
