3 C Bisquick
1 14oz bag of sharp cheddar cheese
1lb of Hot ground sausage (can use non-hot)

Directions:
Directions:
brown and drain ground sausage
prepare Bisquick per box instructions
melt cheese in a double broiler
pour melted cheese over Bisquick and cooked sausage

Roll into dime size balls
cook at 400º for 15min

*Can be frozen and cooked later*
