2 cups uncooked rice
4 tbsp butter
4 eggs
1 can tuna (or 1 lb other meat)
Season to taste

Cook rice (or use leftover rice). Melt butter in frying pan and sauté rice until golden brown. Push rice to one side of pan and add eggs one at a time, stirring constantly. Then add meat and heat. Season to taste.
