1 1/3 cups veg or canola oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder or minced fresh garlic

1.2 teaspoon pepper

2 (1 Oz) pks ranch dressing mix or Italian seasoning

3 tablespoons crushed red pepper

1 - 16 oz box multi grain saltine crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except cracker in a gallon ziplock bag.

Smooch with hands to mix everything well.

Drop saltines in bag and seal . Turn bag over and over coating all the crackers evenly.

Let bag sit 1 hour then turn again. Repeat several times to make sure crackers are

completely covered. Allow them to sit overnight . Remove crackers and place in an

airtight container. Serve
