1lb mushrooms sliced
3T butter and oil
1/4c flour
Salt and pepper to taste
2 T garlic and onion powder
3 c mushroom broth

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the butter in a pot add the mushroom's cooking til tender and slightly brown adding the seasoning cook til you smell the goodness take 1/4c broth and mixing in flour or cornstarch add remaining broth to the pot stirring the mixture add the thicker cook until it is the thickness you like.

If you have it to thick adding more warm broth will thin it. You can also use milk and make country white mushroom gravy
