3 pounds chicken breasts
2 packs of cream cheese (8 ounce)
1 bottle r(16 oz) ranch dressing (or blue cheese if you prefer)
1 bottle (12 oz) red hot sauce
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breast in crockpot with just enough water to cover the chicken. Depending on your crockpot or slow cooker will depend on the length you cook the chicken. Anywhere from 3-7 hrs. Shred the cooked chicken breasts using 2 forks to pull apart into shreds.

With the crockpot on high add the remaining ingredients one by one. Mix together and allow the mixture to melt for an hour. After one hour, turn the crockpot on low until the dip is fully melted, mixed well, when you are ready to serve the dip.

Serve with tortilla chips, carrots sticks, celery sticks, other assorted vegetables, and/or crackers of your choice.
