4-6 chicken breasts
1 onion
2 small cloves of garlic
½ tsp salt
2 c. Sour cream
3 c. Chicken stock
12 flour tortillas
Grated cheese
1 can diced roasted green chillies
1 cube Chicken bullion

Directions:
Directions:
Cover chicken with water and boil with salt, pepper, onion, and garlic for about 45 min. Remove chicken cut into pieces. ( reserve liquid). Take 1 c. Chicken stock and add the sour cream. Set aside. Heat the remaining stock with bullion cube. Add corn starch to thicken, and add green chillies. Place diced chicken on tortilla sprinkle some cheese. Spoon on some green chili sauce. Roll and Place in a 9×13 cake pan. After filling all of the tortillas pour the remaining green chille sauce over the top. Sprinkle cheese. Then add the sour cream mixture on top. Add more cheese. Bake 350º for 20-30 minutes.
