2 T Olive Oil
1 diced onion
2 diced red peppers
1 T Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
2 tsp. Chili Powder
2 Cans Chili Beans, one with liquid
1 28 oz. can Diced Tomatoes, with liquid

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large saucepan set over medium heat. Add onions and peppers and sauté stirring occasionally, until vegetables have softened, about 6-8 minutes.

2. Stir in the ranch seasoning and chili powders until well combined.

3. Add the beans and tomatoes and bring to a boil; then reduce heat to a simmer.

4. Cook for 15-20 until the chili has thickened slightly.
