1 can Whole Kernel Corn
1 cup sour cream
1 stick of butter
2 eggs
1 box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350
Melt butter
Beat eggs
Drain whole kernel corn can
Mix all ingredients

Bake in 2 qt greased casserole dish
Cook covered for 1 hr; uncover for the last 5 minutes
