1 bag frozen shredded hashbrowns
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small container sour cream
4 cups shredded cheese (any kind)
1 cup of milk
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Defrost hashbrowns in microwave to speed up baking time.
In a mixing bowl combine soup, sour cream, cheese, milk, onion powder, salt and pepper and hashbrowns; mix well.
Spray 9x13 baking dish with pan spray. Dump potato mixture in pan. Bake 45- 60 minutes or until bubbly.
