1 whole chicken / boiled and seasoned with garlic salt & pepper
1 medium size can chopped green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth from the boiled chicken
1 bag of cheddar cheese
1 20 count bag of corn tortillas
1 small bottle vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Shred the boiled chicken
In a medium pot - mix chicken, green chilies, cream
of chicken soup and 1 cup of chicken broth and
Cook until soup is melted.

In a skillet put oil so that you can warm up the
corn tortillas to soften them up and be able to
fill them with the chicken mixture and roll up.

Pour the remaining chicken on top of the enchiladas
In the casserole dish and top them with the cheddar cheese.

Cook in oven at 350° about 15 - 20 minutes or until
cheese is melted.
