1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup water
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients
Add water and mix well.
Use to coat fish or chicken
Cover completely.
Deep fry until golden brown.
