2 large bags broccoli florets (defrosted)
1 ½ sticks butter, divided
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar
8 oz shredded mild cheddar
30–40 Club crackers, crushed (not Ritz)
Splash milk or cream
Salt + pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a casserole dish, season broccoli with salt + pepper.
Add cheeses, ½ stick butter (cut up), and splash of milk; mix well.

In a bowl, melt 1 stick butter, stir in crushed crackers until coated.
Spread cracker topping over broccoli. Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted and crackers are golden brown.

Grandma Eddy Ryan (Uncle Mike's Mom) used to make a version of this recipe. I started making this for Thanksgiving and it became one of everyone's favorite Thanksgiving side dishes.
