8 oz. block of cream cheese (softened)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can of chopped artichoke hearts (not marinated)
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
10 oz. box of frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients and add to a 8 inch square pan. Heat 15-20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips, french bread, pita chips, veggies, etc.
