16-18 c. corn (cut off cob raw)
1 lb. butter
1 pint half & half

Directions:
Put 16-18 cups of corn in a large roaster pan. Add butter and half & half. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Cool in ice water and package. Add salt and sugar when cooking for meal.

MEMORY: My mom received this recipe from another farm family friend, Phyliss. Mom enjoyed baking this corn in the oven in preparation for the freezer.
