8 potatoes (pre-cooked in jackets not too soft)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cube butter (1/2 c.)
1 pint sour cream
1 c. scallions
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, dice potatoes. While soup and butter are heating and melting on the stove, add sour cream, scallions and grated cheese to potatoes.
Add warm soup and melted butter.
Put in casserole and bake for 40 minutes at 375º.
