1 cup white rice, rinsed with cold water
1/4 cup butter
2 cups hot water
2 T tomato chicken bouillon
1/4 cup restaurant salsa (from Casa Flores or Las Palmas)

Directions:
Melt butter in kettle and then add rice. Under medium-high heat, brown the rice.

Put the 2 T tomato chicken bouillon in the two cups of hot water and mix well.

Melt the butter in a kettle at medium-high heat. Add rice and stir occasionally until browned. Add the tomato chicken bouillon mixture slowly and stir thoroughly. Add the restaurant salsa.

Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and turn down to low. Do not lift the lid until ready to serve. Cook for 35-40 minutes. Stir rice before serving.
