Ingredients:

Sauce….
1 teaspoon arrowroot flour
3 Tablespoons water
1/2 cup raw honey
1/4 cup coconut aminos
5-6 garlic cloves minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (less if you don’t like spice)

Chicken….
1 1/2 pounds chicken tenderloins or breasts
1 cup blanched almond flour
1/3 cup arrowroot flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 large egg + 2 teaspoons water, whisked

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together the arrowroot flour and water until smooth, set aside.

Place a saucepan over medium heat and add the remaining sauce ingredients, whisking until smooth , then simmer until thickened, remove from heat.

If using chicken breasts, cut 1/2 inch strips.

In a shallow bowl combine the almond flour, arrowroot, and spices

In a Separate bowl wisk eggs & water,

Heat a large non stick skillet over md. heat and add frying oil.

Working in batches…. dip one tender in egg then flour mixture (shake off excess) and place in oil.

Repeat. Clean out browned bits between batches. Cook 2-3 min on eachside. Place cooked strips on a paper towel.

Serve with sauce and rice.
