1 quart heavy cream
10 eggs
1 c. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
4 c. frozen corn

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix well: cream, eggs, sugar, salt and pepper.
Layer frozen corn into a 9"x13" casserole dish and pour egg mixture on top.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until golden brown and firm.

This is a great dish for large holiday gatherings and potlucks.

I got this recipe from Bovine's restaurant in Murrell's Inlet, SC when we were in the Myrtle Beach area on vacation. Bovine's has so many requests for this recipe that they keep copies at the hostess desk to pass out for any and all who ask for it.
