1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 T. finely chopped pecans
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
3 T. flour
4 Filet Sea Bass or favorite fish
1 T. olive oil,
lemon wedges for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Combined bread crumbs, pecans, salt, peper, and garlic powder in a shallow dish. Mix buttermilk and hot sauce in a bowl. Place flour on a separate plate. Dredge fish in flour, buttermilk and bread crumbs. Heat oil in skillet on medium high. Cook fish about 3 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon wedges.
