“Jiffy” corn muffin mix (dry package - 6 1/2 ounces)
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn- don’t drain
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together corn, butter, sour cream and egg

Stir in muffin mix

Put in casserole dish

Bake at 350º for 1 hour
