2 (8-oz.) Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 cup Green Onions, minced

1 cup Cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped

4 Tbsp fresh Dill, chopped

2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Salt

2 loaves sturdy White Bread, cut into squares or circles and frozen

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, and spices. Chill. Add chopped cucumber. Spread onto frozen bread. Garnish sandwiches with a dollop of cream cheese and thinly sliced cucumbers.
