4 ounce butter
1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into 1/4” strips)
1 small red onion, diced
1 pinch of each…salt, pepper & garlic powder
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup tequila
2 cups julienned peppers
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
2 pounds spinach fettuccine, cooked
Directions:

Melt butter in large skillet
Add chicken, onion and spices
Cook over high heat until chicken is almost done
Add cream, soy sauce, tequila, peppers and cilantro
Reduce liquid by half …3-4 minutes
Add fettuccine, toss
Serve immediately
