8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Blue Cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup Scallion, finely chopped
1/4 cup dried Currants
1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
1 tablespoon small Capers
1 tablespoon Sun-Dried Tomatoes, finely chopped (not packed in oil)
1/4 cup pine nuts.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Bring to room temperature.
Roll cheese ball in pine nuts before serving
