10 oz Mac/ pasta noodles
2/3 C raw cashews, soaked overnight and drained
3/4 C water
1 lime, zested & juiced
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 C nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 can coconut milk
2 tsp miso
2 T red curry paste
* Optional- cilantro, peanuts, lime wedges, red pepper flakes for garnish

Cook pasta just under done
Blend remaining ingredients
Put drained pasta and blended ingredients in pot and cook on medium until thick.
