4 chicken breasts
1 cup Marsala wine
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
˝ cup flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are browned. Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes, until cooked through.
