1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
2 green onions, sliced for garnish
Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch. Stir until well mixed. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef strips in a single layer, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Pour any remaining marinade into the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and glazes the beef.

Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
