~3/4 pound Brussel Sprouts (Trimmed & halved)
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/4 tsp each S+P

Kung Pao Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce

crushed nuts
2 chopped scallions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º

Toss the brussel sprouts in a bowl with the olive oil S+P. You want them all to have a little oil on them but not too much or they will be soggy.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange the brussels flat side down leaving a little room between each.
Roast for ~20 - 25 mins until golden brown & crispy. (watch closely during the last 5 mins to avoid burning).

While roasting put the sauce ingredients in a small pot over med-high heat & bring to a boil, reduce heat to med and cook stirring often for ~ 5 mins until it becomes "glaze-like". Toss the roasted sprouts in a bowl with the glaze, serve on a platter garnished with the crushed nuts, scallions, & cliantro.
