½ to 1 lb. Ground Beef
1 egg
1 small box frozen spinach, chopped
Garlic to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef with salt pepper and garlic to taste. Drain meat and put in a bowl. Cook the chopped spinach to package directions. Squeeze all water out of the spinach and then add it to the meat. Add egg to the meat mixture and mix well.
