1 lb. Minced Clams, 2 cans
⅓ cup Olive oil
¼ cup butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and save the clam juice. Sauté garlic, butter, and olive oil but do not brown. Add parsley and clam juice and bring to boil. Simmer 10 minutes or less. Add clams the last three minutes. Serve over desired pasta.
