Lonnie Anshutz's Sugar Cookies
Cream:

3 c. Sugar
2 c. Butter (4 sticks)
2 t. Vanilla
4 Eggs

Add:

5 1/2 c. Flour
2 t. Salt
2 t. Soda
2 t. Cream of Tartar

Form into balls and roll into Cinnamon Sugar. Flatten on cookie sheet. Bake 350° for 8-10 minutes.
