Hawaiian Pineapple Pie
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c light corn syrup
1c sugar
2 t flour
1/2 stick butter, melted
1c coconut
1 c crushed pineapple, with juice

1 (10-inch) unbaked pie
shell

Combine eggs and corn syrup; beat until well blended. Stir in other ingredients and mix well.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until pastry is brown and filling is firm.
