STRAWBERRY CAKE
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1/2 c. water
1 box white cake mix
1 box strawberry jello
4 eggs (whole)
1/2 c. oil
Icing:
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 small box frozen strawberries
Mix together well the cake mix, half of frozen straw-berries, jello, eggs, oil and water. Fold in remaining strawberries.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
Icing: Cream together powdered sugar and butter. Add
strawberries and their juice as needed.
