Three 16 ounce cans Great Northern Beans, rinsed
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 teaspoon chopped Garlic
1 cup Chicken Stock
Chopped Fresh Parsley to garnish
Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté garlic in olive oil until lightly browned. Add beans, and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Pulse three times with an immersion blender. Add chicken stock and stir to combine. Serve in bowls, garnishes with fresh parsley and salt and pepper.
