Ingredients:
12 graham crackers broken in half
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter 1 stick
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 tbsp vegetable oil divided
1 cup peanut butter chips

Directions:
Directions:
Break each graham cracker sheet in half so they’re now in squares. Place the graham crackers on a lined baking sheet, then set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
Roll the peanut butter mixture into 1-inch sized balls, then place 1 ball onto each graham cracker.
Carefully flatten the peanut butter balls onto the surface of each graham cracker, spreading all the way to the edges.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and 3 tbsp vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until melted and smooth.
Coat each graham cracker in the melted chocolate, let any excess chocolate run off, then transfer back to your prepared baking sheet.
Once all the graham crackers are covered, combine peanut butter chips and 1 tbsp vegetable oil in another microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until melted and smooth.
Drizzle the melted peanut butter chips over each chocolate coated graham cracker, then transfer to the fridge to set the chocolate before enjoying!
