Dough:
1 packet Rapid Rise Yeast
1/4 c. sugar
3 1/4 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 TBSP pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c warm water
1 Tbsp whole milk
2 Tbsp melted butter
2/3 c pumpkin puree
! large egg

Filling:
3/4 c brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
4 Tbsp softened butter
*can add chopped pecans

Cream Cheese Glaze:
3 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 c butter softened
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp heavy cream
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 c powdered sugar

Dough:
1. in large bowl, whisk togethewr yeast, sugar, flour, salt, pumpkin pie spice
2. in a small bowl, mix together water, milk, butter, and pumpkin puree. Heat until very warm
3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredietns and mix well
4. Add egg and mix well
5. knead dough for 5 minutes
6. Place dough back in bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rest until doubled in size

Filling:
1. Mix together all the ingredients

Cinnamon Rolls:
1. Preheat oven to 350º and lightly grease 9x13 pan
2. Roll out dough into a rectangle and brush dough with butter, sugar mixture, and nuts if you choose
3. Roll dough and cut into 1 1/2 inch thick peices and set in dish
4. Bake until tops are lightly golden about 25-28 minutes
5. Remove and let sit for 10 minutes

Frosting:
1. Beat together butter and cream cheese
2. Add vanilla extract, heavy cream, and maple syrup
3. Slowly add powdered sugar
4. Drizzle on top of cinnamon rolls
