Dough:
5 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 envelopes of rapid rise yeast
2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs

Filling:
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
5 Tbsp. butter
About 1 apple (granny smith) diced

Frosting/caramel topping:
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Line 9x13 with parchment paper
2. In large bowl, whisk together 3 c. flour, sugar, yeast, and salt
3. In small bowl, add the milk and butter. Heat until very warm
4. Add butter mixture to dry ingredients and mix with spatula
5. Add eggs and 2 cups of flour and mix again
6. knead dough for 5 minutes
7. place dough in bowl and let it rest until it doubles in size

Filling:
1. mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg
2. Peel and dice 1 cup of apples

Putting it together:
1. Roll dough out until about 1/4 inch thick and 14 x 20 inches
2. cover dough with butter
3. Sprinkle sugar mixture over dough and add apples
4. Roll up dough and cut into even slices
5. Let dough rise for another 30 minutes
6. Bake for 30 minutes

Topping:
1. In medium saucepan, melt butter
2. Add brown sugar and heavy cream. Mix until dissolved
4. Remove from heat and let it cool for 10 minutes
5. Pour over cinnamon rolls

*You can also use cream cheese icing and top with caramel sauce.
