1c sugar with 1 lemon’s zest
1c simple syrup
4-5 lemons (depending on how lemony you want it)
Directions:

Zest lemon into sugar & manually mix with your hand.

Top with water (I go up to 1g, but really depends on how strong you want it)

Add all to pitcher.
