2 packages Dry Yeast
2 Cups warm water
2 tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
6 C. All purpose white flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat all above ingredients together in a mixing bowl, start by adding ingredients in the order listed. Beat until foamy.
2. Add: the vegetable oil and the flour while mixing by hand.
3. Oil the bowl around the top of the dough and let rise until double in size (1-2 hours).
4. On a board, punch down dough and knead just until the dough is covered with flour
5. Squeeze off a silver dollar size of dough rolling into a ball and placing into a greased 9 X 13 baking pan and then allow the dough to rise once again until doubled in size.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.

We had the opportunity to eat these tasty and light dinner rolls on sever occasions. They are simply delicious and I finally had to have this recipe so I could make these whenever I wanted. This is one to try!
