1½ kg ground pork
6 small bundles of glass noodles
500g cabbage - shredded
1 med onion - diced
1 med shredded carrot
3 tbsp ground onion
1 large shallot
8-9 cloves garlic - minced
1½ tsp pink salt
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
3 tsp sugar
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 eggs divided
2 pkg spring roll wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in bowl, except for egg whites, and mix well.
2. Fill corner of wrapper with 1 tsp of mix. Roll diagonally, tucking in the sides and seal with egg whites.
2. Fry rolls and serve with favourite dipping sauce.
Options: fish sauce, peanut sauce or plum sauce.
