2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix ground turkey and other ingredients. Shape and form the meatballs on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flip and bake another 5 minutes or until the internal temp of the turkey meatball is 165º. If you want a browned top on the meatballs, put them under the broiler for 2-3 minutes.

Making Creamy Lemon Sauce:
Start the lemon sauce when you put the meatballs in the oven.
Combine chicken stock, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Cook the sauce over medium-high heat until it is reduced by half. This will take about 6-10 minutes. Drizzle the lemon sauce over the meatballs and serve with your choice of side.
