1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
6 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
½ cup Mozzarella balls
¼ cup black olives
¼ cup sliced basil leaves
Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions:

Place the chopped lettuce into a large serving bowl. Top with chicken, avocado, grape tomatoes, mozzarella, black olives, and basil making rows of each ingredient. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
