Friends, hello everyone. Today we are preparing a great cake for Christmas!

35 g unsweetened cocoa.
A pinch of salt.
10 grams of sugar.
We mix everything well.
3 eggs.
Gradually add 260 g hot milk.
160 grams of boiling water.
Pass through a sieve to avoid lumps.
Add 60 g of liquid honey and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
25 grams of vegetable oil.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil and cook on both sides over medium heat.
Overcook all pancakes.
You should get 14 pancakes.
250 grams of cream cheese. 45 g powdered sugar.
150 g fat sour cream
250 g cream 33% fat. 45 g powdered sugar.
Beat everything well with a mixer.
20 grams of liquid honey.
Grease each pancake with cream.
Fold a pancake like me.
Leave some cream.
Repeat after me and you will succeed.
Lubricate the pancakes with the remaining cream.
Here you need to be more careful. We wrap three pancakes in a row, like me.
Now we apply each pancake in this way.
Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 8-10 hours so the cake is well soaked.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
