4 cups diced cooked chicken breast
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
3 cups Cooked Rice
2/3 cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
2/3 cup Mayonnaise
3/4 cup diced Broccoli
2 cups French's Fried Onions
4 Tbsp Butter, melted
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients except onions into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Top with fried onions and return to oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot.

Tastes like a hug. I substitute French's Caramelized Fried Onions when I can find them at Kroger.
