Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup Tahini
½ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs

⅓ cup Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Coconut Flour (Almond, Oat, or Gluten Free Flour will also work)
½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Salt
⅓ cup Chocolate Chips (I use dairy free)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350ºF and spray a 9x9 baking pan with non-stick spray. In a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients: tahini, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, and eggs. Once combined, add in the dry ingredients: cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. The batter will be very thick! Add the batter to your baking pan. Since the batter is thick, try to cover the entire area of the pan in an even layer. Bake for 18 minutes, or until the center comes out clean on a toothpick. Once cooled, top with powdered sugar. You can even add a chocolate drizzle if you’d like to make it more chocolatey - I use chocolate chips and a little bit of coconut oil. Melt in the microwave, stir, and drizzle over the brownies. Enjoy!

Personal Notes:
This recipe is so easy and tastes so good. It’s a great one if you are needing allergen friendly food, specifically gluten and dairy free. The tahini gives the brownie a nutty flavor that pairs well with the fudgy richness. I hope you all enjoy as much as I have!
